First Packaging of Chicago accepts the following types of payment:

First Packaging of Chicago Account (net 30) subject to credit approval

Net 30 Billing

Do you allow for net 30 payment for online orders? 
First time on-line customers are required to pay via credit card. Once approved, all orders may be made via the Net 30 option - simply select Net 30 under the payment method portion of checkout.

Credit Accounts

How do I set up my First Packaging of Chicago Account? 
Please request a credit application.
Simply select Credit as your payment method and you will be guided through the automated credit card signup process.

Easy Order

How do I use the easy order feature? 
Easy order allows you add items to your shopping cart by simply entering in the First Packaging of Chicago model numbers from your catalog. Click "Go" and the product will be added to our shopping cart in the minimum order quantity amount.

PO Numbers

Can I include a purchase order number on my order? 
Proceed to checkout once you have finished shopping. At the bottom of the Payment portion of the checkout process, insert your PO number in the PO number field.

Requesting an Invoice

Can I get an invoice when I order online? 
There is a menu option for invoices in your Profile section.

Tax Exempt Status

How do I get a Tax Exempt Form? 
You may request a tax exempt form by calling . First Packaging of Chicago must have this form on-file for your company in order to accept tax-exempt purchases.

First Packaging of Chicago offers special quotes for large orders and special items.

Returning Merchandise

How do I return merchandise? 
Call First Packaging of Chicago to receive an authorization number and return slip. Complete the form and return the merchandise within 30 days. Items purchased from First Packaging of Chicago cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery, and you cannot receive a refund for these items after that time. In addition, all returned items must be in unopened and unused condition to be accepted.

Note: There is a 20% restocking fee along with all applicable freight charges.

How do I find a product? 
You can find products by:
Browse: Shop by product categories, i.e. corrugated boxes, stretch film, etc.
Search: Type in a product name, model number or other description

Easy Order

Type in the model number from the catalog and the product will be added to your cart in the minimum order quantity.

Ordering from Search Results

How do I order from my search results? 
Simply enter the quantity and click Add button to add the item(s) to your shopping cart. Continue shopping or go to checkout to finish your order.

Nationwide Shipping

First Packaging of Chicago ships nationwide from four fulfillment centers located in Elgin, Illinois; Forest Park, Geogia; Dallas, Texas;  Barnesville, Pennsylvania and Rialto, CA. If you have any questions regarding shipping and delivery methods, please call 630-574-3626.

Order Tracking

How do I track my order?
To track your recent orders, simply click on the Order Status link.

Rush Shipments place before 11am/Special Instructions

Shipping quotes include a variety of options to meet the needs of our customers including UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day service.

Inside Delivery

Inside Delivery is intended for customers that do not have the equipment to unload shipments. Inside Delivery requests are limited to areas that are directly accessible to the unloading area and no more than 25 feet from entry point of the designated doorway. Fees apply and can vary by carrier.

Military Bases

Military Bases have restricted access and require special notification to gain entry. Fees apply and vary per carrier.

Colleges and Universities

Colleges are considered residential for carriers and residential rates apply.

Straight Truck

Locations with limited access will require a straight truck delivery from carriers. Fees apply and vary by carrier.

Lift Gate

LTL shipments to residential addresses and commercial addresses that do not have a loading dock require a lift gate. Fees apply and vary by carrier.

Failure by customer to request required shipping accessories will result in the customer being charged after the order has been placed. Customer assumes liability for these charges regardless of whether they were or were not aware that these accessories were required at the time of the order being placed.
